ROUND BOILING PANS
Cylindrical cooking pot with cylindrical container designed to be positioned in passageways or in tight spaces where sharp edges or corners may create problems, making it possible to work confortably from different angles.
SQUARE BOLING PANS
Parallelepiped pan with cylindrical container. Can be wall positioned either individually or in series. This is the most suitable pan for modular installation under a hood. Thanks to its solid design and functionality,it is most suited for continuous and prolonged use.
RECTANGULAR GASTRONORM PAN
Cooking pans with square-shaped tank of standard size for used with Gastronorm type baskets. Often utilized for “bain-marie” cooking.
Capacities range from 180 to 400 liters, and may be positioned in array.
